The Healthcare Equipment Recycling Organization in Moorhead is once again helping to meet the medical needs worldwide.

At 1 p.m. Monday, a semi from Orphan Grain Train in Norfolk, Neb., will be at HERO, 2204 5th St. N., to load medical supplies and durable medical equipment for shipment to needy regions in and outside of the country, a news release said.

Over the past year, HERO sent 53,000 pounds of medical equipment to international missions, the release said. To learn about HERO go online to www.fmhero.org .
