MOORHEAD - The city of Moorhead has posted temporary "no parking" signs in areas associated with sandbag delivery and volunteer routes, and violators will likely be towed, according to a news release from police.
The parking restrictions will be "heavily enforced," and police ask that homeowners and volunteers identify those areas in advance to assist with safety as the flood fight ramps up, the release stated.
