MOORHEAD - On Monday, Moorhead Public Service will begin replacing aging water mains beneath Main Avenue in Moorhead between Fourth to Eighth streets.
Throughout the project, eastbound traffic will be shifted to westbound lanes, resulting in one-lane traffic each way. Limited turn lanes will be available during construction.
The anticipated project completion date is July 1.
