WEST FARGO - Firefighters here extinguished an RV fire Friday morning at the Bonanzaville pioneer village.

At 5 a.m., fire crews were dispatched to Bonanzaville at 1805 Main Ave. W., at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds, where they encountered the burning RV, according to a news release from the West Fargo Fire Department.

It took about 20 minutes to bring the flames under control, and firefighters spent an hour overhauling the RV to ensure the fire did not rekindle, the fire department said.

No one was inside the RV at the time of the fire, and no injuries were reported. The vehicle was a total loss, the fire department said.

The cause of the blaze has not been determined.
