FARGO - Motorists are encouraged to avoid Fargo's 12th Avenue North during paving work Thursday.
The work will begin at 5:45 a.m. and last until approximately 5 p.m., according to the North Dakota Department of Transportation.
Traffic on 12th Avenue will be restricted to one lane between 32nd and 35th streets. Flaggers will be in place to control the flow of traffic through the construction zone.
At times, the single lane may be closed during paving, which could cause long delays, the NDDOT said.
