PALERMO, N.D. - A car slid into oncoming traffic on an icy road and collided with another vehicle, killing a man and a teenage girl from this town, the Highway Patrol said.
Troopers said a 16-year-old girl lost control of her vehicle Friday morning and struck a car driven by a 44-year-old man about a mile south of Palermo. Troopers were withholding the victims' identities pending notification of relatives.
