Daniel Kirk has been appointed as vice president for facilities and administration at Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Kirk previously held positions as associated vice president for administration and operation at Metropolitan State University and associate vice president at Minneapolis Community and Technical College.
He succeeds David Crockett, who will remain as the Dean of the College of Business and Industry.
Kirk earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, S.D., and a Master of Arts degree in personnel services and counseling from the University of South Dakota.
He is currently an MBA candidate at Metropolitan State University.
