West Fargo police arrested a North Carolina man early Sunday in connection with a report of a sexual assault at a West Fargo motel.
Police said Timothy S. King, 37, was being held in the Cass County Jail on Sunday on suspicion of gross sexual assault.
King was staying at the Sunset Motel at the time the assault was reported about 4 a.m. Sunday, police said.
Police are also investigating an aggravated assault that took place in the motel parking lot after the sexual assault.
King was the victim of the aggravated assault, according to West Fargo police.
