Joe Bruzelius has been promoted to assistant vice president of information services for Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota.
Bruzelius, Fargo, will direct, coordinate and lead information systems applications development. He previously worked as manager of systems development services and support. He has been with Noridian since 1979.
He graduated from North Dakota State University.
