The North Dakota Ex-Prisoners of War will hold the 18th annual Department Convention May 9-10 in Doublewood Inn, Bismarck.
Department Commander Rhiny Weber, Valley City, N.D., will be chairman of the executive meeting at 7 p.m. May 9. The business session will start at 9 a.m. May 10.
