North Dakota's Democratic-NPL Party is hosting a rally in Fargo Monday to promote participation in the upcoming elections.

Special guests, including U.S. Sens. Kent Conrad and Byron Dorgan, and Rep. Earl Pomeroy, are expected to join the party's local candidates in addressing the crowd.

The rally, called "Celebrating Democracy and Appreciating Our Right to Vote," will run from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel. The public is encouraged to attend.
