MOORHEAD - The Minnesota State Patrol has released the names of the drivers involved in a head-on collision Friday afternoon on Interstate 94 east of here.
Roberta Haspel, 58, Barnesville, is in critical condition at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, according to the patrol.
According to the report, Haspel was eastbound on
I-94 about 7 miles outside Moorhead when her 2010 Chevy Impala entered a construction zone and crossed into the westbound lane, where it collided with a Freightliner driven by Gary Sather, 65, Bismarck. Sather is being treated at Essentia Health in Fargo for non-life-threatening injuries.
After the collision, the semi went into the median and caught fire, the patrol said. Dilworth and Glyndon fire departments responded to the scene.

The 4:30 p.m. crash caused eastbound traffic on I-94 to back up and be rerouted.
The patrol reports dry road conditions during the incident.
The crash remains under investigation.
