WAHPETON, N.D. - Services will be Wednesday for a North Dakota soldier who died while at National Guard training here over the weekend.

Authorities are investigating the death of 22-year-old Spc. Thomas Doyle, of Jamestown, as a suicide, according to WDAY-TV.

Doyle served in the Army National Guard for six years, including a one-year deployment to Kuwait.

He was a member of the 188th Engineering Company.

Doyle was a ready mix driver for Aggregate Industries and had started Doyle Contracting in Wahpeton.

Haut Funeral Home in Jamestown is handling the arrangements.

A memorial service is set for 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Haut Funeral Chapel in Jamestown.

Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m.
