GRAND FORKS — Bond has been set at $10,000 for a Grand Forks man accused of raping a 64-year-old woman.
Authorities say 43-year-old Robert Rhode was drunk last Nov. 15 when he allegedly went to the woman's home and overpowered her. They say the two were acquaintances.
Rhode has denied wrongdoing. He is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on May 26.
