ND man dies after being ejected from car

HALLIDAY, N.D. - A 50-year-old Halliday man died at the scene of a crash here after being ejected from his car at 5:10 p.m. Saturday, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.

HALLIDAY, N.D. - A 50-year-old Halliday man died at the scene of a crash here after being ejected from his car at 5:10 p.m. Saturday, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.

The man was driving north on Highway 8, about 5 miles north of Halliday, when his vehicle left the roadway and entered the east ditch. The vehicle rolled and came to rest on its roof.

The driver was not wearing his seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim's name has not been released. The crash is under investigation by the Highway Patrol.
