The off-ramp in the northwest quadrant of the interchange at Interstate 29 and 52nd Avenue South in Fargo is closed.
During construction of the new off-ramp, traffic will be diverted onto a temporary loop ramp in the southwest quadrant of the interchange, according to the North Dakota Department of Transportation.
Southbound Interstate 29 traffic will travel under the 52nd Avenue South overpass before exiting onto the temporary loop ramp, which will bring them around and connect with 52nd Avenue South.
The new northwest off-ramp is expected to be operational in late September, at which time the temporary loop ramp will be removed.
Crews have also closed 36th Street South in the southeast quadrant of the 52nd Avenue South interchange with Interstate 29.
