FARGO - In recognition of National Library Week April 8 to 13, North Dakota State University libraries will waive $1 in fines for each food item donated through its Food for Fines program.
All donations will be delivered to the Great Plains Food Bank at the end of the week.
Food items must be non-perishable, sealed and unexpired. No baby food or pet food will be accepted.
