FARGO - NDSU has set up a Flood Protection Volunteer Center for students and staff who want to volunteer in area flood prevention efforts.

Faculty and staff who wish to volunteer will receive release time provided they have registered through the official effort of NDSU. These efforts should be coordinated through immediate supervisors.

Students who are remaining in the Fargo-Moorhead area during spring break are encouraged to volunteer.

Students should report to the NDSU Flood Protection Volunteer Center on the main floor of the Memorial Union (next to Bison Connection) to check in and sign up for shifts. Students must complete a waiver form at check-in.

Students may also call (701) 231-7870 or e-mail NDSU.floodsupport@ndsu.edu to sign up for future volunteer shifts.
