FARGO-The dietetics students of North Dakota State University's 800 Café will serve a "Garden Party" lunch from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Thursday, March 9, and Friday, March 10, on campus in the Food Production Complex, third floor, Katherine K. Burgum Family Life Center, 1400 Centennial Blvd., on campus.
The event is open to the public.
The menu is house-made roasted red pepper hummus served with warm pita triangles and fresh vegetables, rosemary and herb-marinated grilled chicken with roasted thyme asparagus and roasted garlic parsley potatoes. Dessert is yellow angel food cake topped with strawberries and house-made whipped cream.
Cost is $10 per person and includes beverages. Meals in the 800 Café are 800 calories or less. Walk-ins are welcomed, but reservations are preferred due to limited seating, at " target="_blank">tinyurl.com/jqe7hhj.
