BISMARCK - Sunday was April Fools' Day, and that means many outdoors enthusiasts in North Dakota need new licenses.
The state Game and Fish Department is reminding hunters, trappers and anglers that new fishing and furbearer licenses are required starting April 1. They are good through next March.
