Nina Lee age 90, Hatton, N.D. died Saturday, June 28th, 2003, at Meritcare Hospital, Fargo, N.D.

Nina Helen Enger was born June 14, l9l3 at Hatton, N.D. to Fritz and Hannah (Carlson) Enger. She attended rural school and graduate from Hatton High School. After High School she continued her education at Mayville Teachers College. She taught school until her marriage on June 14th 1936 to Roy Lee, Hatton, N.D. They farmed together until Roy died in 1975. Her son Robert Lee continued farming the family farm until l995.

She has lived on the Enger homestead near Hatton for 90 years. She was baptized, confirmed, married and a member of Little Forks Lutheran Church for 90 years. Nina has always been an active member of her rural church. She was very involved in the Women's WELCA group, planning and participating in activities and events. Her many pastimes included cooking, sewing, knitting and especially quilting.

On June 14th, 2003, she celebrated her 90th birthday at an open house held at the Little Forks Church. People came from near & far to wish her a wonderful day and thank her for all the good times. Nina suffered a stroke on June l9th at her home and hospitalized until her death.

Nina lived a good life and will be remembered for her love and care for others. She will be missed by many.

She is survived by a son, Robert (Sonia) Lee, Hatton, ND, a daughter, Wanda (Peter) Lundwall, Argusville, ND, two grandchildren, Jon (Sara) Lundwall, Fargo, ND, Lisa (Kevin) Rasmussen, Argusville, ND, three great grandchildren, Zachary & Abby Rasmussen, Hannah Lundwall, four step grandchildren, Cindy (Tim) Abalayan, Concord, CA, Moreen (Carroll) Holmen, Bismarck, ND, Greg (Karen) Thingelstad, Grand Forks, ND, Bill (Vivian) Thingelstad, Fargo, ND, seven step great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd at 10:30 A.M. in the Little Forks Lutheran Church, rural Hatton, with Pastor Bob Kaul officiating. The visitation will be from 4 -- 6 on Tuesday at the Bilden Funeral Home in Hatton.

The interment will be held in the Little Forks Lutheran Church, rural Hatton.
