Flood briefings and press conferences for Fargo and Moorhead have been canceled for this morning.
City officials announced they would not have meetings this morning as regularly planned.
"Engineers are on standby and dike patrols continue to monitor dikes, however regular morning meetings are no longer necessary," a Fargo news release said.
Likewise, Moorhead said it planned no additional flood news conferences unless needed.

Fugate are planning a media event at 9 a.m.
Federal, state and local officials also will tour the Fargo-Moorhead area with Fugate later this morning.
