Patrick Duncan, Brian Doom and Dale Thompson have been named senior managers at Nodak Mutual Insurance Co., Fargo.
Duncan joins the company as vice president of shared services and will be responsible for underwriting, claims, research and development and crop insurance. He worked 16 years at Indiana Farm Bureau, Indianapolis, as product manager for commercial, farm and crop insurance lines.
Doom, Fargo, is Nodak Mutual's vice president of finance and corporate treasurer. He has 28 years of insurance experience with a focus on finance, strategic planning and reinsurance. He was assistant controller for Farmers Union Mutual Insurance Co., Jamestown, N.D.
Thompson, Fargo, will lead the company's statewide agency force as the vice president of sales and marketing. He was previously a Nodak Mutual agent at Hillsboro, N.D., and most recently an insurance agent for the Farmers Insurance Pool, Fargo.
