North Dakota likely won't see the direct effects of the first major pro-life law to pass Congress in a decade.

Today President Donald Trump signed a measure letting states decide where to allocate Title X grants for family planning services.

It overturns an Obama-era rule that prevented states from defunding abortion providers such as Planned Parenthood.

The metro Planned Parenthood in Moorhead doesn't perform abortions.

North Dakota's only abortion clinic does not receive Title X funding.
