Gregg Levoy, author of "Callings: Finding and Following an Authentic Life," will deliver a lecture at 8:30 p.m. Thursday in the Knutson Center Centrum at Concordia College. "From Across the Sea ... A Look at Two Deadly Diseases" will be presented by Concordia College senior Kristen Bunch at 7 p.m. Thursday in Birkeland Alumni Lounge on campus. The lecture, part of the 2002 Student Lecture Series, will discuss two tropical parasitic diseases, Leishmaniasis and Chagas Disease, endemic to Central and South America.

"Rape/Assault on North Dakota State University's Campus: How to Prevent It; How to Cope If It Happens," a brown-bag seminar sponsored by the YMCA of NDSU, is scheduled for noon Wednesday in the Memorial Union Peace Garden Room. The seminar is free. For more information, call 231-5225.
