FARGO - One business failed an alcohol compliance check in Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo and Clay County on Wednesday by the Fargo, Moorhead and West Fargo Police Departments, Clay County Sheriff's Office and Safe Communities Coalition.
A random pick of 38 establishments were checked with only one failing: Red River Valley Softball Association in Moorhead.
