DULUTH, Minn. - Last Place on Earth owner Jim Carlson resumed selling No Name incense Thursday afternoon in 1- and 3-gram packets a day after police here seized his inventory of the synthetic marijuana.

The store received its daily shipment of the popular No Name and was selling it to a line of customers by 2 p.m.

The store will resume selling bath salts next week, Carlson said.

Police shut down the head shop at 120 E. Superior St. on Wednesday afternoon while officers executed a search warrant. They seized several vanloads of merchandise and 31 guns Carlson had at the store in a safe.

Carlson said police warned they would arrest him if he resumed selling incense.
