FARGO - The left lane of the 10th Street underpass will close Wednesday morning for about three days. North Dakota Department of Transportation officials anticipate that the underpass will be open by the weekend.
The closing will allow crews to repair bird netting in the underpass. The netting was damaged by a vehicle that was over the height limit of the underpass.
