FARGO — OneFargo, along with the local Black Lives Matter chapter, is holding what they call "an emergency press conference" at the gazebo in Island Park.
The group says they're calling the press conference to share information they say they have regarding the activities of former Deputy Chief Todd Osmundson during the protest and riot in Fargo on May 30 "and sheds further light on what occurred, if others were involved, and how high did the involvement go."
