Otter Tail County (Minn.) Dairy Days will be held Saturday at Johnson's Dairy and Turkey Farm 3½ miles east of Pelican Rapids on Highway 108. Signs will be posted.
The "Day on the Farm" begins with breakfast at 8:30 a.m. There will be an old-fashioned ice cream making contest beginning at 10 a.m. Those interested in entering the contest should bring their own machine and ingredients. Salt and ice will be provided.
Other activities throughout the day include a milking technique workshop, karaoke, face painting, a petting zoo and other entertainment. A cheeseburger feed will begin at 11 a.m. Other food will be served throughout the day.
