NEW ROCKFORD, N.D. - The Upper Sheyenne River Joint Water Resource Board will meet at 1 p.m. Nov. 9 in Rough Cuts Restaurant in New Rockford.
Thos at the meeting will discuss a draft plan for the Devils Lake outlet erosion mitigation application form. The state Water Commission will use the plan to address concerns about future erosion from the Devils Lake outlet to and along the Sheyenne River.
Board meetings are open to the public.
