Owl tangled in soccer net gets help from Fargo community officer

At about 12:15 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 4 a few people driving by noticed an owl tangled up in the Fargo South soccer net. The Community Service Officer of the Fargo Police Department responded promptly and safely released the owl back into the world.
