A 26-year-old Page, N.D., man remained in Fargo's MeritCare Hospital on Wednesday after a one-vehicle crash late Tuesday, the Cass County Sheriff's Department said.
Travis McPherson was injured at 10:30 p.m. on Cass County roads 26 and 3, the sheriff's office said.
He was in his truck when it rolled over, throwing him out. He was taken to the hospital by helicopter.
The accident was due to excessive speed and McPherson was not wearing a seat belt, the sheriff's office said.
No condition report was available.
