The Disabled American Veterans and its auxiliary have scheduled their second annual pancake and sausage breakfast and live auction Jan. 14 in the Fargo Teamsters No. 116 hall, 21 18th St. S.
The event is from 7:30 to 11 a.m. for breakfast, with the auction immediately following. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children 6 and under.
Sen. Kent Conrad, D-N.D., and Roger Johnson, North Dakota agriculture commissioner, will help flip pancakes from 9 to 10 a.m., along with a North Dakota State University coach and several football players.
The live auction will include several items donated by area merchants. The money raised will support the DAV's programs of service for area disabled veterans.
