The Clay County Collaborative will sponsor a workshop for parents from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 30 at Moorhead's St. Francis de Sales Church, 601 15th Ave. N.
Dr. Joan Blaska will present "Coping When the Roller Coaster is Normal," and Sue Evy from the Minnesota Department of Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs will provide attendees information on the funding options for families raising children with special needs.
Registration is $10 and includes a lunch. Clay County residents can attend for $5.
