MOORHEAD - Park Christian School is the winner of the $10,000 grand prize in the Ford Motor Co.'s "Focus on Schools" challenge.
Park Christian students topped the entries of teams from 202 other high schools to win the contest, which had the students produce videos featuring the redesigned 2012 Ford Focus.
The Park Christian video, "You Need to Focus," drew 4,954 votes. The school's entry was supported by Luther Family Ford of Fargo.
Team members are Daniel Runck, Kody Pilch, Bryce Nepstad, Jay Hanson, Josh Blevins, Brett Hanson, Julia Striker, Anne Slette, Ander Sawchuk. Coaches are Eric Johnson, a Park Christian father, and Than Baardson, a 2004 Park Christian 2004 alumni.
A Ford representative will present the check at the school's Sept. 24 homecoming game at halftime.

Ford dealerships provided schools with $500 to create the videos, which were posted online to be voted upon.
