PARK RAPIDS, Minn. - A Park Rapids man has been found guilty of vehicular homicide and driving while under the influence of alcohol after a fatal crash on the drive home from a Minnesota music festival last summer, according to a news release from the Hubbard County Attorney's Office.

Dean James Roehler, 23, was found guilty on Wednesday in Hubbard County District Court on all 11 charges, the release stated, including two counts of driving while intoxicated and nine counts of criminal vehicular homicide and injury in the death of a Backus woman and injuries to her daughter and grandchild while Roehler was driving home from Moondance Jam on July 14, 2011.

Roehler's blood alcohol content was 0.095 percent at the time of the accident.

Patricia Ann Borman, the driver of the other vehicle, died at the scene. She was 52.

The accident occurred near Evening Drive and Highway 34 east of Park Rapids. Borman's daughter and grandchild suffered injuries that weren't life-threatening, according to the State Patrol.
