DETROIT LAKES, Minn. -- A Pelican Rapids man remained hospitalized Friday after being injured Thursday night in a rollover near Dunvilla.
The Minnesota State Patrol said Kenneth Rittmueller, 57, was driving on U.S. Highway 59 north of Dunvilla when his vehicle struck a deer and rolled into a ditch.
The incident happened about 8:30 p.m.
Rittmueller was first taken to a Detroit Lakes hospital and was later transferred to MeritCare Hospital in Fargo, where he was listed in satisfactory condition Friday.
