The People Escaping Poverty Project will hold a free workshop about the digital television transition from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Feb. 5 at Centro Cultural, 1014 19th St. S., Moorhead.
Thousands of people in Minnesota and North Dakota without cable or satellite will be affected by the transition.
A representative from a local television station will be present to answer questions about the transition, antennas, converter boxes, government coupons and other information.
