FRAZEE, Minn. – A Perham, Minn., woman was injured Thursday evening, March 8, in a two-vehicle collision on state Highway 87, the Minnesota State Patrol reported.
Anna Teresa Johnson, 34, suffered injuries that were not life-threatening in the crash, which occurred about 4:20 p.m., the Patrol report said.
Johnson was driving a 2001 Buick LeSabre westbound on Highway 87 approaching the intersection with Main Avenue East, while a 2004 Ford pickup driven by Trevor Scott Gordon, 26, of Ulen, Minn., was eastbound on the highway, the report said.
Johnson tried to turn the Buick southbound onto Main Avenue East and failed to yield the right-of-way to the Ford pickup, the report said.
Johnson was transported to Essentia Health hospital in Fargo for treatment, the report said. She was also cited for failure to yield the right-of-way while making a left turn.
