Phoenix International, Fargo, has hired Monty Brown, Myron Schaffer and Greg Williams.

Brown is an in-circuit test technician. He graduated from Northwest Technical College, Thief River Falls, Minn. He was previously employed as a lead technician at Pemstar, Dunseith, N.D.

Schaffer is a senior radio frequency manufacturing engineer. He graduated from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, Rapid City. He was previously employed as a radio frequency engineer at Ball Aerospace and Technology Corp.

Williams is a supplier-development engineer. He graduated from Bemidji (Minn.) State University and earned a master's degree from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo. He was previously employed as a quality engineer at Bose Corp.

The following have been hired as production associates: Gerald Coly, Simon Jok, Annette Olivares, Mary Hinman, Davis Eslinger, Nancy Heinzen, Russel Selburg and Tyrel Tuhy.
