Plains Art Museum recently elected Julie Burgum and Susie Freeman to its board of directors.
Burgum, Casselton, N.D., is a guardian ad litem through the East Central District Juvenile Court.
Freeman recently returned to Fargo following her husband Russell Freeman's service with the U.S. diplomatic corps.
