GRAND FORKS, N.D. - Grand Forks police say they have arrested a Houston woman accused of making harassing phone calls to a school.
Police say 31-year-old Karen Overtun has been jailed on two charges of disorderly conduct.
She is accused of making harassing phone calls Thursday to the school that serves the Holy Family and St. Mary's parishes in Grand Forks. Authorities said the school was locked down.
