Moorhead police are investigating several incidents of homes being vandalized by paint balls Friday after receiving at least 10 reports in eight hours.
The majority of the houses hit were on 17th Street South and 20th Avenue South. Most were struck shortly after midnight, according to a news release.
The houses were hit with yellow and orange paint balls, the release said.
Authorities are asking for any parents who may have given their children paint ball guns for Christmas to check the paint ball stock to see if a substantial amount of ammo is missing, the release said.
