Police have released the names of two passengers involved in a north Fargo rollover crash Friday but will not release the name of the driver because he may be charged.

The driver, a 17-year-old Fargo boy, will likely face charges, said Sgt. Jeff Skuza.

Traveling east on Seventh Avenue North, the vehicle veered left and crossed into the oncoming traffic lane. It then continued into a ditch and struck a fence.

A pole from the fence pierced the passenger-side front and struck one of the occupants. The vehicle then rolled and came to a rest upside down.

Passenger Jesse Simon, 16, of Fargo was listed in satisfactory condition at Fargo's MeritCare Hospital on Monday.
