FARGO - The Fargo Police Department is notifying the public that a high-risk sex offender has changed his address here.
Jesse James Syverson, a 24-year-old lifetime registered sex offender, is now living at 1806 12th Ave. S., Lt. Joel Vettel said Thursday in a news release.
Syverson was convicted of two separate counts of possession of child pornography on March 13, 2008 and again on Aug. 29, 2008 in Burleigh County District Court in North Dakota, the release said.
