The city of Fargo will close 13th Avenue South between 38th and 42nd streets south at 6:30 p.m. Sunday for a mill and overlay.
The work is expected to be finished overnight, with 13th opening by 9 a.m. Monday.
Traffic will be detoured on Ninth Avenue South via 42nd and 38th Streets South.
