MOORHEAD - First Avenue North between the Red River and Third Street here will close Monday for concrete pavement repairs.
The work is expected to take three to four weeks, so drivers should allow for delays and seek alternate routes.
Access to the Hjemkomst Center will be provided via head-to-head traffic in the westbound lane.
