Preservation review board to meet Friday

The North Dakota State Historic Preservation Review Board will meet at 10 a.m.

The North Dakota State Historic Preservation Review Board will meet at 10 a.m. Friday at the North Dakota Heritage Center in Bismarck.

Board members will consider two nominations of North Dakota properties to the National Register of Historic Places, and also consider a petition to remove one site from the National Register.

The nominations to be considered are Camp Hancock State Historic Site in Bismarck and the Civilian Conservation Corps Lodge at the International Peace Garden near Dunseith.

The site to be removed is the Odalen Lutheran Church in rural Walsh County, destroyed by fire in June.

Consideration of nominations begins at 10:30 a.m.
