Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Joseph E. Quinn has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.
Quinn is a 1998 graduate of Central Cass High School, Casselton, N.D. He is the son of William Quinn of Ayr, N.D.
